You may return or exchange within 14 days of delivery date,
that is, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, we will offer you your money back excluding shipping fees.
You have a 14 day money back guarantee with every order placed with KOAY.
This means that if you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return within 14 days of your purchase date.

How do I return or exchange an item to KOAY?
Please identify the item or items that you would like to return or exchange by circling them on the packing slip that was included in your original packaging or by mail. Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange said item or items.
If you are exchanging your item, please provide us with the item you would like us to exchange your item for.
You may use the same packing materials sent to you and any packing materials that will allow you to send the item in its original box back to us without getting damaged or broken.
We will send a pick up from your doorstep. Please expect a 10-15 day processing time.
Your credit will be issued to your original form of payment. You will only be credited for the cost of the actual item, minus and discounts or promotions. You will not be refunded the original cost of shipping. If you received a free gift with your order, you must return that as well.
